Vibe offers a unique culinary journey, inviting guests to indulge in a global dining experience with a distinct local twist. Every season, we meticulously curate a set menu inspired by a different world cuisine— From Creole, Italian, Thai and beyond. Notably, while our flavors venture globally, our ingredients remain deeply rooted in Portugal. We pride ourselves on sourcing the finest local produce, ensuring that each dish celebrates the rich bounty of our region even as it echoes the culinary traditions of distant lands.

OUR CHEF
MATTIA STANCHIERI
Italian-born, 34 years old, Chef Mattia Stancieri has spent almost 20 years inside a kitchen. His very colorful and adventurous career has taken him from the best Michelin-starred restaurants in the world, like Geranium*** (2022 first in the world by 50 best) in Denmark, Da Vittorio*** in Italy, and Belcanto** in Portugal, to owning his own restaurant on an island in the Bahamas and cooking for celebrities like Kanye West amongst many others.
